DAY 1 ARRIVE BRUSSELS / GHENT: On arrival in Brussels, transfer from the airport to your hotel in Ghent. Enjoy a half-day city tour with an English-speaking guide, including entrance to the Ghent Cathedral to view the Mystic Lamb Painting. Afterwards, enjoy Beer Tasting in a Ghent Beer Factory, and an explanation of the history of the brewery. This evening you are free.
DAY 2 GHENT / BRUGES: Breakfast at hotel. Travel short distance to Bruges where you will enjoy a walking tour of the city. Visit the Chapel of Our Lady, and the Holy Blood Basilica. Enjoy some free time. This evening you are free. (B)
DAY 3 BRUGES / IEPER: Breakfast at hotel. Depart Bruges and head towards Ieper. Stop to visit the information center at Westvleteren Brewery, a Belgian brewery founded in 1838 inside the Trappist Abbey of Saint Sixtus of Westvleteren. Westvleteren 12 is a Belgian Trappist Ale that has consistently been voted the single best tasting beer in the world. Afterwards, travel onwards to Ieper where the remainder of your day and evening are free. (B)
DAY 4 IEPER / BRUSSELS: Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Brussels where the remainder of your day is at leisure. (B)
DAY 5 BRUSSELS / USA: After breakfast, transfer to airport for your return flight home. (B)
