What is the minimum number of passengers required in a Custom Group Journey?

Our group and specialty professionals will assist in designing custom group journeys for groups of 8 passengers or more. To make it a little easier, the minimum number of passengers will be highlighted in the description on each of the packages in this website.

When should I expect to receive my group proposal?

Once we have all the information needed to process your request, the quotation process will take one to three business days. Complex custom itineraries may take a little longer. One of our specialists will keep you informed on progress during the process.

Do you offer Group Air when combined with land?

Yes. If requested, we can provide a group airfare quote when combined with a land group proposal.

Group airfares are available for groups of 10 or more passengers traveling to/from the same gateway. Journeys Connect can also arrange airfare for groups of 8 – 10, however, would be based on published rates and would most likely require full-payment at time of booking.

What are your Group deposit requirements?

Group proposals are valid for 14 days. To begin confirmation process and secure space, a refundable $300 group deposit is required within 14 days of initial proposal. You will be advised if any suppliers require additional deposits which may in some cases be non-refundable. If combining group air with your land package, additional deposits may be required. Please refer to your group proposal.

Do you offer free places on groups?

Yes! Free places are offered and vary depending on group style.

Do you guarantee land prices?

Yes! Land prices are guaranteed once deposit is paid and all quoted components are confirmed.

Can any of the Guided itineraries featured in your website be customized for a Private Group?

Yes! We can customize any of the featured Guided itineraries to suit your group’s interests and needs. A minimum of 15 participants would be required, and your group departure would become a private departure.
