Fully Refundable Group Deposit

Land Deposits: A fully refundable group deposit of $300.00 is required at time of confirmation of land components*. Group land deposit is refundable up to 95 days prior to departure.

Group Air Deposits: When booking group air with Journeys Connect, deposit is due upon air confirmation by the airline. Typically, group air deposits range between $10 – $100 per seat and varies by airline. Most of our airline partners deposits are refundable up to 100 days prior to departure. However, this varies by airline and in some cases a deposit may be non-refundable. This will be clearly outlined in your group’s confirmations and final payment deadlines.

*Does not apply to Golf packages. NOTE: You will be advised if any airline or land suppliers require additional deposits which may in some cases be non-refundable.

Once a deposit has been received, our rates are guaranteed and are protected against exchange rate fluctuations.

Journeys Connect group and specialty services are available EXCLUSIVELY to travel industry professionals, our travel agent partners.

Flexible Client Payment Options

All our group programs are quoted NET to our travel agent partners, and you would add a markup you are comfortable with. Journeys Connect will process all credit card payments for you, and then once the group departs, we will send you a check for the difference in the amount of your markup. We can also set up payment plans for your clients.
